We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency, thanks to the warm and courteous staff. A special mention to Nisha from the dining team, who made every meal a pleasure with her attentive service. Unni from housekeeping was efficient and always greeted us with a smile, as did the helpful Concierge team.The gym and pool areas are plush, well-equipped, and perfect for unwinding.

As a revisiting hotel guest at the Hyaat Regency Trivandrum, I have nothing but the utmost praise, admiration and extended-gratitude for the entire concierge/guest relations team and Malabar Restaurant team. From the outset-upon our arrival after a very exhausting long-haul flight from London Heathrow to Trivandrum International via Doha UAE; with a overly tired and grumpy 2 year old toddler boy and tiresome 10 year old daughter wife & mother, Assistsnt Manager (Front Office) Shreya Singh deployed a detailed coordinated effort to make us all feel very welcomed immediately. Shreya along with the front desk team consisting of Shreya Aleesha, Anudarsh, Ajay & Maria all sensed our immediate need to feel at ease, comfortable and reassured. This culminated in organising our much needed family-interconnecting rooms with a suite and organising beverages, meals and rest upon request at 4am in the morning; and they executed this all to a high calibre - without hesitation. For the entire stay the team mentioned above all went out their way to personalise their approach with all my family members. They really got to know us on very well on individual level; particularly my overly active, highly animated and very energetic 2 year old son. Very soon he developed his own little fan base amongst all front desk team members; in particular with Adarsh within the Malaba restaurant who went above and beyond to serve us breakfast, lunch and dinner, pre-empting all our preferred food choices and assisting with nourishing is for the start of the day. It the entire hotel staff’s personal touch towards getting to know each individual guest personally, remembering preferences and experiences and prioritising Hyatt’s ethos of instilling the “personable experience” that sets them apart from all their competitors. As a family, we truly felt and appreciated this throughout our entire stay.

The hotel is newly renovated or built and hence it was absolutely first class in every way. The room turned out to be far larger than what we were expecting. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with high quality linen. Every single thing in the room was intentional and well-designed, including the amazing bathroom. The breakfast was top notch with everything made to order even though the layout was that of a buffet. Fresh filter coffee, fresh fruit and vegetable juices, pancakes, waffles, egg, dosa, parantha....you name it and it was there. And the food quality was beyond exceptional. We absolutely relished the food and the impeccable service that came along. Every staff member had a smile on their face and were so courteous and warm. They made it an unforgettable experience for my husband and me.

The breakfast was generally good but we noticed the menu tends to remain quite the same each day. Introducing a variety of options could enhance the overall experience for guests who are staying for multiple nights. Unique daily selections would keep breakfast exciting and cater to diverse tastes.

We liked the fact the hotel was exceptionally clean,modern,had a licenced bar . Also the food choice was excellent,since we did half board .The buffet service by staff perfect, although I have to mention to management the floor staff could do with a little training more .They need to know what is English tea . Our stay was excellent, Massive room size and nice modern shower The cooks where too good, Kartik stood out for me ,when I said I want something different,he quickly made another dish for me in 15min!!! He is exceptional, Hyatt Regency is very fortunate to have someone like him . The swimming pool was immaculate clean, almost crystal clear water , well done 👍

I have nothing to complain. From room to staff very good. In this property they really care the guest and they set the bar how to run a 5 star hotel. Every they really help me so many thing. Ever the extented my check out time free of cost.

Overall, it was a great hotel my second time. The staff from Aneesh to Saji the Trainer, Jay Dev, Allan, and team at the breakfast restaurant Mr. Shiju, the chauffeur, everyone made us feel at home. Great staff, and that is truly the reflection of this hotel. Special shout out to the team at the front desk and the bell boys and above all the team that cleaned our rooms. Thank you Bright

EXCELLENT PROPERTY. CLEAN AND FERSH ROOMS GREETED US. COMFORTABLE BEDS VERY RELAXING. BATHROOM WAS FRESH AND CLEAN WITH AMPLE TOWELS AND AMENITIES. THE GYM IS HUGE WITH WORLD CLASS FACILITY. GREAT BUFFET BREAKFAST AND ALWAYS SMILING STAFF WHO ARE READY TO HELP. HAD A GREAT TIME

Fantastic hotel with priority and elegance. Food rooms bathrooms good allround. Keep it up. This is the quality we expect from a 5 star. Will definitely recommend this hotel cause we are very particular regarding neatness and cleanliness. What we paid for is wat we got. Some 5 star and 4 star were very disappointing where we had to dust rooms and clean bathrooms before using. Trivandram residency was too good. Keep it up .

Had a very pleasant stay and like the buffet breakfast which was excellant and a big open swimming spool.. Room was perfect and the comfortable stay at hotel. Eventhough had a short time as our checkin at 11:30pm and checkout at 10:00am. The stay and the ambience was awesome
